AEHI - Rezone

With two out of three of the County Commissioners stating that this rezone goes against the county's comprehensive plan it's hard to understand why they would push it back to the P&Z board. The P&Z board has recommended denial of the rezone and at their most recent meeting when this topic was raises they didn't seem to have changed their opinion at all. When the AEHI rezone topic was raised and the general question asked about what should be done, one of the board members said that they should just send it right back to the county commisioers saying that they are still happy with their recommendation. That drew a lot of nods and laughter from the rest of the board members. Despite a lack of will, and the willingness to waste the publics money by stalling, the County Commisioners don't seem to have much choice but to deny the rezone.
